Abstract
Procedimiento integrado para la producción de urea y amoníaco, comprendiendo las operaciones de producir amoníaco en un aparato de síntesis del amoníaco, absorber el amoníaco a la salida del reactor de síntesis del amoníaco con agua, obteniéndose una solución acuosa concentrada de amoníaco, utilizar la solución concentrada de amoníaco para la absorción del CO2 contenido en los gases brutos para la síntesis del amoníaco, obteniéndose carbamato amónico, transformar el carbamato amónico parcialmente en urea en un reactor de síntesis de la urea, descomponer térmicamente el carbamato no transformado en urea y separar los productos de descomposición con un gas seleccionado de entre amoníaco, CO2 y gases inertes, preferiblemente amoníaco, descargar de la zona de separación una solución de urea conteniendo todavía carbamato, reciclar los productos de descomposición del carbamato al reactor de síntesis de la urea, destilar a una presión de 3 a 30 atmósferas, en una o varias etapas, la solución de urea.
