Abstract

Procedimiento e instalación para fabricar en forma continua un material estratificado con material soporte metálico o no metálico y recubierto con materiales sintéticos termoplásticos, en especial como recubrimiento pobre de fricción, procedimiento caracterizado porque en una única pasada el material soporte, una vez que se ha limpiado y eventualmente desengrasado las superficies, se recubre por uno o ambos lados mediante pulverizado o rociado con un agente adherente en capa delgada, con contenido de disolvente, a continuación se seca por corto tiempo bajo circulación de aire para asegurar una completa aireación del agente adherente, el material soporte así recubierto se recubre a continuación , todavía en estado caliente, por un lado on material termoplástico, a continuación bajo calentamiento superior e inferior regulados se funde el material termoplástico , y porque finalmente, en estado caliente, el material de varias capas así fabricado se transforma mediante laminación a temperatura regulada a la medida de espesor necesaria y siguiente enfriamiento, en un material estratificado apropiado sin mecanización posterior adicional para su elaboración ulterior.
