Abstract
Procedimiento para fabricar una célula fotoéléctricacuya célula comprende: un recipienteuna parte del cual por lo menos es transparente a la luz visibleun electrolito no consumible en el interior del recipientecuyo electrolito comprende un plan redoxun electrodo fotoactivo sumergido en el electrodo alineada con la parte transparente del recipientede modo que la luz que penetra en el recipiente incida sobre dicha parte expuesta del electrodoformando el electrodo fotoactivo con el electrolito una unión de semiconductor-líquido fotovoltáico y un contralectrodo sumergido en el electrolito; caracterizado porque comprende: anodizar un electrodo de cadmio o bismuto en una solución de formación que comprende un anión elegido del grupo consistente en sulfuroseleniuroteluro y mezclas de los mismospara formar un revestimiento de calcogenuro anódico; sumergir el electrodo revestido anódicamente y un contraelectrodo en una célula que contiene un electrolito redox que comprende un anión elegido del grupo consistente en sulfuroseleniuroteluro y mezclas de los mismosteniendo dicha célula una parte transparente adyacente al electrodo revestido anódicamente.
