Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en células fotoeléctricas, del tipo de células fotoeléctricas que comprende: un recipiente, una parte del cual por lo menos es transparente a la luz visible; un electrolito no consumible en el interior del recipiente, cuyo electrolito comprende un par redox; un electrodo fotoactivo sumergido en el electrolito, estando por lo meos una parte de una superficie de un electrodo alineada con la parte transparente del recipiente, de modo que la luz que penetra en el recipiente incida sobre dicha parte expuesta del electrodo, formando el electrodo fotoactivo con el electrolito una unión de semiconductor-líquido fotovoltaico y un contraelectrodo sumergido en el electrolito; caracterizados porque el electrodo fotoactivo comprende un sustrato metálico que tiene un revestimiento anódico de un compuesto de calcogenuro.
