Abstract

Procedimiento integrado de producción de amoniaco-urea para la obtención de ureacomprendiendo alimentar a un reactor de síntesis de la urea una corriente de amoniaco anhidro y/o amoniaco en solución acuosa y una corriente conteniendo carbamato amónicodescomponer en un descomponedor el carbamato amónico contenido en la solución de urea que sale de dicho reactor de síntesis de la urea en amoniaco y anhídrido carbónicoy reciclar dichos amoniaco y anhídrido carbónico en estado gaseoso de dicho reactorcaracterizado porque la solución de urea a la salida del descomponedorconteniendo todavía aproximadamente el 50% del carbamato contenido en la solución de urea a la salida del reactor de síntesis de la ureaes alimentada a una columna de separación adiabática en la que como corriente de separación se utiliza la corriente gaseosa obtenida por reformaje con vapor u oxidación parcial de hidrocarburos líquidos o gaseosos y esencialmente constituida por CO2N2 y H2.
