Abstract

Procedimiento para tratar flejes y similaresy en particular para obtener un fleje de acero inoxidable recocido y recubierto con una aleación a base de plomocaracterizado porque comprende una operación de preparación mecánica de la superficie del fleje por un efecto mecánico de endurecimientodespués el recubrimiento previo del fleje que ha sufrido la preparación mecánicacon ayuda de un baño de aleación a base de plomodespués una operación de tratamiento térmico de recocido por pasos del fleje recubierto previamente con la aleación por un baño de la misma aleación llevado a una temperatura de recocido metalúrgicamente apropiada para la supresión del endurecimiento del acero de base y finalmente una operación final de recubrimiento por pasos de un producto recubierto previamente y recocido por un baño de la misma aleación de recubrimiento llevado a una temperatura de recubrimiento inferior a la temperatura de recocido y que le confiere el aspecto comercial deseado.
