Abstract
Un método para tratar catalíticamente los gases de escape procedentes de un motor de combustión interna de dos tiempos, comprendiendo dichos gases por lo menos aproximadamente un 2 por ciento en volumen de monóxido de carbono y por lo menos aproximadamente 0,05 por ciento en volumen de hidrocarburo, que consiste en hacer pasar los gases de escape a una primera zona de catalizador, para proporcionar un primer efluente de combustión del catalizador, que contiene cantidades valiosas de combustible.
