Abstract
Un procedimiento de galvanización al temple de aceros, comprendidos aceros que contienen silicio, que comprende las etapas siguientes: a) desgrasado, b) enjugado, c) decapado con ácido clorhídrico concentrado que contiene un inhibidor de corrosión, d) enjuagado, e) aplicación de fundente, f) secado, g) inmersión en un baño fundido de una aleación que comprende zinc de pureza comercial, plomo en un contenido del orden de 1000 a 20000 pm en peso, y aluminio en un contenido comprendido entre 100 y 5000 ppm en peso, caracterizada porque comprende además magnesio y estaño, estando comprendido el contenido en peso de magnesio entre 10 y 1000 ppm, y estando comprendido el contenido en peso de estaño entre 300 y 20000 ppm, caracterizado porque, entre las etapas (d) y (e) se intercala una operación (c') de decapado en ácido clorhídrico concentrado sin inhibidor, seguida de una operación (d') de enjuagado.
