Abstract

Indem auf die Oberfläche eines Stahlteils eine metallische Zwischenschicht in einer Schichtstärke von 1 bis 8 Mikrometer, insbesondere von 2 bis 4 Mikrometer, aufgebracht wird, welche Zwischenschicht im Kontaktbereich mit dem Stahl aus überwiegend Nickel besteht, wird ein Stahlteil auf eine Verzinkung im Zink-Schmelzbad mit einem Aluminium-Gehalt von max.1% derart vorbereitet, dass der unter herkömmlichen, standardisierten Verzinkungsbedingungen hergestellte Zinküberzug, unabhängig von der Reaktivität des Stahls, eine gleichmässige Schichtstärke mit hoher Haftung und ein gleichmässiges Aussehen aufweist.
