Abstract

Aparato de blanqueo para obtener arroz blanco superbrillante, caracterizado porque un dispositivo de humidificación comunica con una cámara de blanqueo constituida por un cilindro perforado de eliminación de salvado y de blanqueo y por un rodillo de blanqueo montado de manera giratoria en dicho cilindro, y porque la longitud de la porción más corta de dicho cilindro de blanqueo es igual por lo menos al doble y como máximo a 20 veces el diámetro de su porción más larga.
