Abstract

Un aparato perfeccionado para la producción de hielo blando, dotado de un depósito para polvo de composición de hielo, un dispositivo dosificador con un transportador de tornillo helicoidal para el polvo, una tubería de alimentación para agua, una mezcladora, por lo menos un perceptor de nivel y un cilindro congelador que contiene en el mismo un agitador y en donde el dispositivo dosificador transporta el polvo en cantidades y precisamente dosificadas al interior de un mezcladora de transporte en donde el polvo es llevado a un estado bien disuelto en agua y después es transportado al cilindro congelador, situado separadamente, a través de un conducto de descarga.
