Abstract

1308244 Automatic control of concentration SUTOIPARI KUTATO INTEZET 4 June 1970 27044/70 Heading G3R [Also in Division B1] In apparatus for the continuous manufacture of dough the Instantaneous power consumption of the kneading machine motor is monitored (as a measure of the dough consistency) by the device 2 which also compares it with a reference signal from a generator 3; the output of the device 2 is amplified at 4 and used to operate a metering device 5 for one of the materials supplied to the kneading machine. In a modification, Fig.2 (not shown), the device 2 is replaced by a power sensing device (6) and a comparator (7).
