Un método para la siembra de una solución de azúcar sobresaturada, para efectuar una cristalización en ella, comprendiendo dicho método la operación de añadir a dicha solución azúcar finamente molida en suspensión en un líquido que es total o parcialmente soluble en agua, que no disuelve significativamente los cristales de azúcar y que tiene un punto de ebullición que es más elevado que la temperatura de la solución de azúcar a cristalizar, *** Ver iamgen
