Abstract

Método de fabricación de gránulos absorbentes sintéticos, particularmente para la fabricación de gránulos sintéticos absorbentes de líquidos, a partir de escayola de yeso, caracterizado porque comprende proveer agua y proveer escayola como semihidrato de sulfato cálcico en un aparato mezclador en proporciones predeterminadas, mezclar dichas agua y dicha escayola en dicho aparato mezclador para proporcionar un material mixto húmedo de escayola y agua y hacer que dicha escayola se hidrate y se reconvierta en dihidrato de sulfato cálcico durante el curso del mezclado, secar dicho material mixto húmedo triturar dicho material secado a un tamaño de gránulos y clasificar dichos gránulos por medio de dispositivos tamizadotes para proporcionar gránulos de un tamaño elegido en relación con dichos dispositivos tamizadotes, por lo que dichos gránulos quedan listos para el uso final como gránulos absorbentes de líquidos.
