Abstract

Nuevos 9-aminoalquil-metanoantracenos de fórmula **fórmula** donde A es alquileno C1-C4 o alquenileno C3-C4 y R1 y R2 son cada uno de ellos hidrógeno, alquilo C1-C4, alquenilo C3-C4, alquinilo C3-C4, cicloalquil (C3-C6) alquilo C1-C3, aralquilo C1-C3 o polihaloalquilo C1-C4 o , cuando se toman junto con el átomo de nitrógeno adyacente, pueden formar un anillo heterocíclico nitrógeno adyacente, pueden formar un anillo heterocíclico nitrogenado de 5 a 7 miembros que puede contener un hetero átomo adicional y sus sales no tóxicas , que son útiles como drogas ansiolíticas ,antidepresoras, tranquilizantes mayores, antihistamínicas y antialérgicas y pueden ser preparados a través de un nuevo compuesto intermedio clave, a saber el 9-formil-9,10- dihidro-9,10-metanoantraceno, por diversos métodos
