Abstract

Método de tratamiento de un residuo orgánico que contiene por lo menos un elemento seleccionado entre el grupo consistente en estroncio, cesio, yodo y rutenio, que comprende la introdución del residuo orgánico y de oxígeno gaseoso en un baño de sal fundida constituido por un carbonato metálico alcalino, cuyo baño se mantiene a una elevada temperatura de 400 a 1000ºC y a una presión de 0,5 a 10 atmósferas, para oxidar y quemar por lo menos parcialmenete el residuo orgánico, quedando retenido el elemento seleccionado en el baño de sal fundida.
