Abstract

Mejoras en la construcción de molinos para la obtención de almidón y gluten de trigo, centeno o cebada, con una sección de trituración convencional y con una sistema de molienda final, que presenta varios pasajes, en cada caso, por lo menos, con un par de cilindros y un aparato tamizador, por ejemplo, cernedor plano, en lo que los pares de cilindros de la sección de trituración consisten en cilindros estriados con un valor usual de las relaciones de velocidades entre el cilindro lento y el cilindro rápido.
