Procedimiento para la obtención de derivados del ácido fenoxi-fenoxi-alcancarboxílico de fórmula I, **(Fórmula)** en la que significan R1 = hidrógeno o halógeno, R2 = sustituyentes iguales o diferentes del grupo halógeno, alcohilo-(C1-C4) y/o CF3. O = 1 ó 2, R3 = hidrógeno, alcohilo-(C1-C4), R4 = hidroxi, alcoxi-(C1-C8), hidroxialcoxi-(C1-C8), alcoxi-alcoxi-(C2-C10), fenoxi-(C1-C4)-alcoxi, Clorfenoxi-(C1-C4)-alcoxi, Halogen-(C1-C4)alcoxi, alquenoxi-(C3-C6), alquiniloxi-(C3-C6), cicloalquiloxi-(C5-C8), ciclo alqueniloxi-(C5-C8), hidracino, amino, alquilamino-(C1-C4), Di-(C1-C4).alquilamino, fenilamino, feniloxi, fenil-tio (pudiendo ser sustituido asimismo el resto fenilo por halógeno, trifluormetilo, metilo, hidroxi y carbo-(C1-C2)-alcoxi) o significa el grupo Ocat, siendo Cat el catión de una base inorgánica u orgánica.
