CONSISTE EN LA REACCION DE AMIDIFICACION DE UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (II) CON UN ACIDO CARBOXILICO DE FORMULA (III), O CON UN HALURO DE ACIDO, ANHIDRIDO DE ACIDO, ESTER O AMIDA DE ESTE ULTIMO COMPUESTO, FORMULAS EN LAS QUE TODOS LOS SIMBOLOS TIENEN EL MISMO SIGNIFICADO QUE EN LA FORMULA (I).
