Abstract

Procedimiento para formar estrechamientos en tuberías, especialmente de tubos capilares, para conexión en un sistema de refrigeración, caracterizado porque comprende las operaciones de formar por lo menos una cavidad dispuesta longitudinalmente en la parte interna de un largo de tubería; formar dicho largo de tubería longitudinalmente a una configuración preseleccionada, de modo que sus extremos libres estén dispuestos para conectar con dicho sistema de refrigeración, incluyendo por lo menos una porción intermedia entre dichos extremos estando en un solo plano; colocando dicha porción de dicha tubería entre medias de dichos extremos libres en un medio conformador; conectando por lo menos uno de dichos extremos libres a una fuente de presión constante a constante a través de un medio de control, teniendo medios para medir dicha presión, que baja a través de dicha tubería; estrujando dicha porción de la tubería en el medio conformador, a una primera velocidad, hasta que la tubería alcance una restricción intermedia predeterminada; entonces, estrujando dicha porción de tubería a una segunda velocidad más lenta, de modo que esencialmente todo el medio, que pasa a través de dicha tubería, marcha a través de dicha cavidad y continuando dicho estrujamiento a velocidad más lenta, hasta que la restricción de la cavidad haga que el medio, que pasa a través de la misma, alcance una presión predeterminada final y terminando dicha segunda operación estrujadora cuando dicho medio medidor indique dicha presión predeterminada.
