Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de fibras de homopoliésteres o copoliésteres ininflamables y eventualmente autoextinguibles, obtenibles a partir de un policondensado de uno o varios ácidos dicarboxílicos alifáticos, alicíclicos, aromático o aralifáticos, o de sus derivados formadores de ésteres, y uno o varios alcoholes alifáticos, aliciclícos, aromáticos o aralifáticos, divalentes o polivalentes, o un bisfenol, así como un agente ignífugo y eventualmente otros aditivos usuales, caracterizado porque se muele un complejo de oxalato en el alcohol polivalente necesario para la constitución del poliéster, se separan en amplio grado las partículas que tiene un tamaño de más de 2 um y se añade a las sustancias de partida a policondensar la suspensión restante del complejo de oxalato en cantidades que corresponde a 5 hasta 40 % en peso, referido al poliéster ininflamable o autoextinguible, se lleva a cabo la policondensación y se hila la masa que se puede obtener de este modo.
