Abstract

Procedimiento para preparar una composición de cemento homogénea, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: (1) combinar un cemento hidráulico, con agua y un polímero dispersable en agua elegido entre éteres alquil- o hidroxialquil-celulosa no iónicos y polímeros y copolímeros no iónicos de acrilamida y metacrilamida; efectuándose la puesta en contacto de tal modo que la relación de agua a cemento hidráulico sea de 15-28 partes en peso de agua por 100 partes en peso de cemento hidráulico; y la relación de polímero dispersable en agua a cemento hidráulico sea de 0, 1-3 partes en peso de polímero dispersable en agua por 100 partes en peso de cemento hidráulico; y eligiéndose el polímero dispersable en agua, con referencia al cemento hidráulico y alas proporciones adecuadas de polímero y agua, en relación con su capacidad para facilitar la homogenización; (2) someter la combinación resultante a una primera etapa de proceso de mezclado bajo elevado esfuerzo cortante; (3) desairear la mezclaresultante, bajo un vacío de 735 a 765 mm de Hg aproximadamente, para eliminar la heterogeneidad; (4) someter la masa resultante a una segunda etapa de compactación y dispersión para obtener la homogeneización requerida en la composición de cemento; y (5) curar y secar la composición de cemento para alcanzar un modulo de rotura superior a 15 mN/m2.
