Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de soluciones sólidas de alcaloides del cornezuelo de centeno y sus derivados sintéticos, como también sus formas hidrogenadas a sus sales, caracterizado porque comprende las siguientes operaciones: a) disolver el alcaloide del cornezuelo de centeno junto con un polímero elegido de entre polialquilenclicol, polivinilpirrolidona, un copolímero de vinilpirrolidona y acetato de vinilo o una mezcla de los mismos en un disolvente común, tal como un alcohol inferior, particularmente metanol o etanol, bajo agitación y a una temperatura comprendida entre 30 y 70ºC, preferentemente comprendida entre 40 y 70ºC, hasta la obtención de una solución clara; b) eliminar el disolvente bajo vacío a una temperatura comprendida entre 30 y 70ºC, preferentemente comprendida entre 40 y 70ºC; c) dejar solidificar la solución clara resultante a temperatura comprendida entre 15 y 25ºC; d) moler el sólido resultante a un polvo fino y eliminar todas las trazas de disolvente por secadospreferiblemente bajo vacío a una temperatura de 30ºC aproximadamente.
