Abstract

Dispositivo de arandela de estanqueidad compuesta destinado a ser utilizado con un elemento de fijación roscado que presenta una porción de cabeza ensanchada, que incluye un elemento de arandela de fijación anular rígida y un elemento de arandela de estanqueidad anular elástica situada debajo del elemento rígido, teniendo el elemento de arandela rígida una porción de pared superior con unas paredes interna y externa que se extienden hacia abajo a partir de la misma y que definen un alojamiento anular con un primer diámetro externo predeterminado, formando la pared interna un orificio axial en el elemento rígido de un segundo diámetro predeterminado, teniendo la pared externa una primera extensión axial predeterminada y teniendo la pared interna una segunda extensión axial predeterminada inferior a la primera extensión axial, teniendo la arandela flexible una caras superior e inferior sustancialmente planas y un diámetro interno así como un diámetro externo, siendo el diámetro interno de laarandela flexible inferior al segundo diámetro predeterminado de la arandela rígida, mientras que el diámetro externo es inferior al primer diámetro predeterminado, siendo el espesor de la arandela flexible superior a la diferencia entre las primera y segunda extensiones axiales predeterminadas de las paredes interna y externa de la arandela rígida.
