Abstract

Improvements in systems to uniformly distribute a liquid of the type of systems that over a whole bed of granular material, include: a distributor placed under said material and that supports it, said distributor being divided into primary horizontal conduits and secondary horizontal conduits that are they extend parallel to the primary horizontal conduits and contain liquid metering ports connecting the primary conduits to the secondary conduits and dispersion orifices connecting the secondary conduits to said bed of granular material; a channel that extends transversely to the primary conduits and is connected to each of the primary conduits; and means for feeding a liquid to said channel, whereby said liquid flows from the channel to the primary conduits, through orifices for dosing the liquid to the secondary conduits, and through the dispersion orifices to the interior of the bed; characterized in that each system is provided with a series of inclined walls that separate the primary conduits from the secondary conduits, with which the secondary conduits are placed next to the primary conduits; of gas metering orifices located at an intermediate height in said inclined walls; the liquid metering orifices being placed below the gas metering orifices of the inclined walls and separated therefrom; and means for feeding a gas to the primary conduits whereby said gas passes through the gas metering orifices into the secondary conduits and through the dispersion orifices into the bed.
