Abstract
Process for the preparation of a transfer printing ink on textile material, of the type that comprises, on an organic-aqueous basis, at least one adhesive with at least one organic solvent, optionally water and an aqueous preparation, poor in dispersants and highly highly concentrated in transferable optical dyes or lighteners, insoluble until hardly soluble in water and with a particle size of less than 10 microns, characterized in that a highly concentrated aqueous preparation is previously formed by combining it carefully and slowly, following stirring techniques known intense, at least 30% by weight, preferably 35 to 65% by weight and particularly 40 to 60% by weight, with respect to the final composition of the preparation of the dye or transferable optical lightener, with a solution formed by at least 10% by weight of water, containing at most 10% by weight, and preferably 1 to 5% by weight, of an anionic dispersant or, at most 5% by weight, and preferably 1 to 3% by weight, of a non-ionic dispersant and 35% by weight at most, preferably 5 to 20% by weight of a hydrotrope agent, optionally in the presence of other additives, whose preparation is subjected to a grinding process, following techniques usual in the art, until achieving a suspension of less than 2 microns, and, finally, the aqueous preparation previously formed is dispersed in an organic solvent or solvent mixture, eventually adding water to form the ink of, stamp, until it contains a total of 5 to 50% by weight of water as well as at least one binder, at least one organic solvent, and optionally regulators of the stability and viscosity of the dispersion.
