Abstract
Procedure for preparing naphthyridine derivatives, of general formula: ** (See formula) ** in which: one of the symbols = X - represents = N- and the other three each represent a group (see graph) in which Y represents a hydrogen or halogen atom or an alkyl radical containing from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkyloxy whose alkyl part contains from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, cyano or nitro; being able to be the symbols Y of the three groups (see graph) identical or different, the symbols = A - and = A1 - represent a group = OH - o = N, it being understood that when = A - represents = CH -, - A1- represents = CH - o = N - and when A represents = N -, = A1- represents = N-, the symbols Z represent atoms or radicals, identical or different, chosen from hydrogen and halogen atoms and the alkyl radicals contain from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkyloxyls whose alkyl part contains from 1 to 4 carbon and nitro atoms, and 1) n equals zero and R represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl radical containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkenyl with 2 to 4 carbon atoms, alkynyl with 2 to 4 carbon atoms, hydroxy alkyl whose alkyl part contains 1 to 4 carbon or phenyl atoms, or 2) n is equal to 1 and R represents an alkyl radical containing from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, hydroxyalkyl whose alkyl part contains from 1 to 4 carbon atoms or phenyl, as well as their addition salts with the acids; characterized in that a piperazine of general formula is reacted: ** (See formula) ** where n and R are defined as above, with a mixed carbonate of general formula: ** (See formula) ** where X, A, A1 and z are defined as above and Ar represents an optionally substituted phenyl radical; - and then the product obtained is eventually transformed into an addition salt with an acid.
