Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricación de flejes, de acero; laminados en frío de grueso reducido y libres de ranuras longitudinales, a base de acero cromado inoxidable y templable al aire que lleva aún contenidos de austenita de 10 - 40% caracterizado por que un acero con 0,12% max. de carbono, 13-23% de cromo, 0 - 2% de molibdeno, 0 -0,50% de níquel, 1,0% max. de silicio, 0,35% max. de manganeso, 0,010% max. de azufre, 0,025 - 0,060% de fosforo, 0,020 - 0,060% de arsénico, pero al menos con 0,050% de (arsénico + fosforo), preferentemente 0,060% de (arsénico + fosforo) resto hierro, mezclado eventualmente con otras corrientes impurezas es enfriado, como techo a partir del calor de fundición o como desbaste a partir del calor de conformación en caliente, hasta temperaturas de 750% aproximadamente y mantenido a las mismas durante 2 hasta 10 horas, calentándose a continuación, eventualmente después de un enfriamiento intermedio, hasta una temperatura apta para el laminado en caliente de escasamentepor debajo de Ac1 (de 800 hasta 950ºC) y laminándose hasta el grueso para fleje laminado en caliente.
