Abstract
Improvements in the construction of eccentric vane compressors, of the type comprising a rotor having a plurality of sliding vanes mounted to rotate about an eccentric axis in a cylinder of a stator, providing a semilunar-shaped space divided by the vanes into a plurality of working chambers and by providing means to discharge oil into the working chambers and/or the inlet to them from a collector that surrounds the lower part of the stator, characterized in that air is discharged from the stator through of a plurality of discharge ports distributed along the length of the stator in a chamber which extends descending at points distributed along its length to the surface of the oil in the collector and provides an offset wall opposite to the ports discharge in which oil can be deposited from the air and can drip down into the oil tank.
