Abstract

Un procedimiento para separar un efluente de producto de conversión hidrocarbonado de fase mixta, que contiene hidrocarburos que hierven por encima de aproximadamente 566ºC, que comprende las operaciones de: (a) separar dicho efluente en una primera zona de separación a una temperatura superior a aproximadamente 371ºC y una presión manométrica superior a aproximadamente 68 atmósferas, para proporcionar una primera fase de vapor y una primera fase líquida , (b) enfriar dicha primera fase de vapor, introducirla en una segunda zona de separación a una temperatura inferior a aproximadamente 60º C y una presión sustancialmente igual a la de dicha primera zona de separación y separar en ella una segunda fase de vapor rica en hidrógeno y una segunda fase líquida que comprende principalmente propano e hidrocarburos normalmente líquidos más pesados © introducir al menos una parte de dicha primera fase líquida, a una presión manométrica inferior a aproximadamente 13,6 atmósferas, en una tercera zonade separación, en un punto situado bajo una capa de malla que se extiende a través de una parte superior de dicha tercera zona de separación y separar en ella una tercera fase de vapor y una tercera fase líquida que contiene hidrocarburos que hierven por encima de 566ºC (d) introducir dicha tercera fase líquida en una cuarta zona de separación, a una temperatura superior a aproximadamente 371ºC y una presión inferior a la atmosférica y separar en ella una fracción residual que contiene hidrocarburos que hierven por encima de aproximadamente 566ºC y una fracción de gasoil pesado que hierve por debajo de aproximadamente 566ºC y (e) introducir una parte de dicha fracción de gasoil pesado en dicha tercera zona de separación , en un punto situado por encima de dicha capa de malla
