Abstract

A pesticidal composition comprises a carbamate wherein R' is alkyl or cyclohexyl R2 and R3 are alkyl or form a ring R4 and R5 are H, halogen, alkyl or alkenyl in admixture with a formamidine wherein R6 and R7 are C 1 to C 4 alkyl or R6 is H and R7 is C 1 to C 4 alkyl. The active compounds may be in the form of their salts, and the compositions may contain more than one of each compound. Typical compounds used are 3-dimethylaminomethylenimino-phenyl -N-methylcarbamate, 4-dimethylaminomethylenimino-3-methylphenyl - N - methylcarbamate, and N-(2-methyl-4-chlorophenyl)-N, N'- dimethylformamidine. The compositions may be applied to crops or commercially reared animals.
