Abstract

[Also in Division C2] Urea derivatives of general formula: in which R 1 is a C 1 -C 4 alkyl radical or a C 1 -C 4 alkoxy radical; R 2 is hydrogen, or a C 1 -C 4 alkyl radical; R 3 is a C 1 -C 4 alkyl radical or an alkenyl or alkoxy group; or R 2 and R 3 together with the nitrogen atom to which they are linked form a 5-to 7-membered heterocycle; and Y is oxygen or sulphur, are used in pesticidal compositions. They may be used in the form of solutions, emulsions, suspensions or dusting agents and mixed with conventional extenders, solvents and additives are used with other materials having bactericidal, fungicidal or growth-controlling properties and fertilisers.
