Pañal autoadaptable, realizado a partir de una pieza plana de material flexible de forma general rectangular, caracterizado por comprender dos elementos elásticos que se prolongan, cuando dicha pieza de material flexible se encuentra dispuesta de forma plana, en estado extendido a lo largo de los dos bordes longitudinales opuestos de dicha pieza, encontrándose solidarios los dos extremos de cada uno de dichos elementos elásticos de dicha pieza, en zonas situadas en las proximidades de los dos extremos transversales de esta última.
