Abstract

Dispositivo de cambio de mordazas de un mandril de sujeción mecánicamente accionado con mordazas de sujeción radialmente regulables, cada una de las cuales consiste en una mordaza básica accionable, guiada en un cuerpo de mandril, y una mordaza sobrepuesta colocada en la superficie frontal de la mordaza básica y fijada a ésta de forma recambiable, y presenta al menos una espiga que une la mordaza básica y la mordaza sobrepuesta que lleva un eje paralelo al eje del mandril, caracterizado porque la espiga está guiada con su extremo portador de una rosca en una rosca de tuerca de la mordaza básica y en el otro extremo presenta una cabeza de pestillo mas estrecha en una dirección transversal al eje de la espiga, más ancha en la dirección perpendicular a ella y formadora de un resalto de pestillo que se proyecta hacia afuera más allá del vástago de la espiga, cuya cabeza encaja en W alojamiento de pestillo de la mordaza sobrepuesta, de tal manera que la cabeza de pestillo, en la posición de girode la espiga correspondiente al estado de desenclavamiento, puede ser enchufada axialmente en el alojamiento de pestillo y en la posición de giro correspondiente al estado de enclavamiento encaja axialmente con cierre de forma mediante su resalto de pestillo detrás de un entrante socavado previsto en el alojamiento de pestillo, porque además la espiga presenta en un sector situado en la mordaza básica un dentado a la manera de un piñón dentado, y un perno de ajuste guiado transversalmente al eje de la espiga con posibilidad de desplazamiento longitudinal en la mordaza básica presenta un dentado transversal a manera de una cremallera que engrana con el dentado de la espiga, siendo la longitud del perno de ajuste a lo sumo igual a la anchura de la mordaza básica en su dirección de desplazamiento, y porque para desplazar el perno de ajuste están guiadas de forma longitudinalmente desplazable en el cuerpo del mandril, a ambos lados de la mordaza básica, unas barras de ajuste que se alinean conel perno de ajuste en su dirección de desplazamiento y que pueden ser reguladas por medio de empujadores guiados axialmente en el cuero del mandril y maniobrables desde fuera del cuerpo del mandril en contra de la fuerza de muelles de reposición, engranando para ella dichas barras de ajuste con los empujadores a través de engranajes en cuña.
