Abstract

Válvula perfeccionada de paso de agua, para planchas de vapor, de las que controlan el paso entre el depósito de agua y la cámara de vaporización, caracterizada porque se compone de dos semicuerpos escalonados de material elastómero adosados por dos de sus caras, el inferior de los semicuerpos comparta el asiento de válvula y el superior de los semicuerpos tiene un orificio con una parte estrecha para el paso ajustado y estanco del eje de cierre y un ensanchamiento configurante de una cavidad inferior en la que confluye un conducto de paso de agua susceptible de ser obturado por la cabeza de una lámina desplazable cuyo cuerpo queda insertado radialmente en el material de este semicuerpo superior y sobresale fuera de él en una cola que queda enfrentada al elemento bimetal situado sobre la cámara de vaporización, todo ello de modo que la excitación del bimetal impulsa la cola de la lámina desplazable y la elasticidad de los semicuerpos permite su desplazamiento con lo cual la cabeza de la lámina desobtura el conducto y pasa el agua del depósito a la cavidad interior de la válvula y de ella a la cámara de vaporización el el caso de que el eje de cierre esté en la posición correcta.
