Abstract
Fosa para la depuración de aguas residuales, que constituyéndose a partir de un recipiente determinativo de un módulo compacto de forma general cilíndrica y destinado a estar introducido en tierra, esencialmente se caracteriza porque en el interior del referido recipiente o módulo se definen tres compartimentos, uno superior denominado decantador al que acceden directamente las aguas residuales a través de una tubería sumergida, otro compartimento inferior denominado digestor y un tercer compartimento intermedio dispuesto alrededor del compartimento superior o decantador, con la particularidad de que este compartimento superior o decantador es de configuración troncocónica invertida y presenta superiormente una pluralidad de orificios protegidos por una pantalla deflectora que mantiene el nivel del agua en el interior del recipiente, y a través de cuyos orificios el agua de la capa superior accede directamente al compartimento intermedio.
