Abstract
Un dispositivo conectador de empalme de fibra óptica para uso en el empalme de una aja un extremo de una fibra óptica que ha de ser provista de terminal, y que comprende un manguito de recalcar tubular que contiene un cuerpo de alineación deformable elásticamente, que tiene un paso de alineación central para fibras ópticas, caracterizado porque el manguito de recalar se extiende más allá del cuerpo de alineación en extremos opuestos y un casquillo de soporte que tiene un paso central de fibra está dispuesto dentro de cada extremo del manguito, junto al cuerpo de alineación, teniendo cada casquillo de soporte un rebaje periférico dentro del, manguito, mediante el cual, en el recalcado del manguito alrededor del cuerpo de alineación y los casquillos, el manguito puede ser clavado en los rebajes para asegurar los casquillos en apoyo a tope con extremos opuestos del cuerpo de alineación, y el cuerpo de alineación es puesto bajo compresión o retención axial.
