Abstract
Una máquina picadora de alimentos que comprende una carcasa que tiene una abertura de alimentación y dentro de la cual está dispuesto un tornillo sinfin que tiene un eje de accionamiento que sobresale por un extremo y un cojinete que sobresale por el otro extremo y un cojinete que sobresale por el otro extremo, extendiéndose el eje de accionamiento con holgura a través de una abertura en una pared de la caja o carcasa y estando soportado el cojinete dentro de un disco opuesto a dicha pared, en donde el eje de accionamiento esta rodeado por un anillo obturador que comprende un cuerpo anular con un borde flexible elásticamente que sobresale por un lado del cuerpo, estando el anillo obturador en contacto con el tornillo sin fin por un lado y con la citada pared de la carcasa por el otro lado.
