Abstract

Un servofreno de vacío el cual tiene un tabique axialmente móvil (2) que está sujeto con hermetismo a la caja de vacío (1) y un vástago de pistón (8) acoplado a un pedal freno y que sirve para accionar una válvula de control (9) por medio de la cual una cámara de fuerza (3) del servo-freno que de ser conectada con el vacío o con una presión más eleva en cuyo servofreno se tiene formado una primera válvula por un asiento de válvula (30) del cuerpo de válvula de control (11) y una válvula tubular (21) precargada hacia dicho asiento de válvula (30) y se tiene formada una segunda válvula por la misma dicha válvula tubular(21) y un pistón de la válvula de control (10) que está conectado a dicho vástago de pistón (8), estando dicho tabique axialmente móvil (2) enlazado con efectividad a dicho cuerpo de válvula de control (11) y con una guía (26) que hay en dicho cuerpo de válvula de control (11) y que se extiende formando ángulos rectos en el eje longitudinal de dicho cuerpo de válvula de control(11), que está enlazado con efectividad a un miembro transversal (32) que penetra por dicha guía (26) y cuyo extremo libre que sobresale de la superficie periférica de dicho cuerpo de válvula de control (11) se apoya en la posición de reposo del freno en dicha caja de vacío (1), caracterizado porque dicha válvula tubular (21) tiene una superficie frontal (40) que actúa como un asiento de válvula situado en su extremo que queda frente a dicho pistón de la válvula de control (10) y está provisto de una armadura (39), teniendo dicha armadura (39) una parte que sobresale en dirección axial de dicha superficie frontal (40) y en la cual hay por lo menos un rebaje o una abertura (50) en que penetra dicho miembro transversal (32) que se extiende radialmente.
