Abstract

etil de canal caliente para moldeo por inyección, con al menos una sección de canal caliente para la alimentación de una masa fundida de material sintético a un molde de fundición por inyección, preferentemente un molde múltiple de fundición o moldeo por inyección, con inyección puntual para cada pieza fundida, presentando la sección de canal caliente una caja exterior provista de un canal de circulación, con al menos una abertura de entrada y una de salida, y un conductor de calentamiento rodeado por la masa fundida de material sintético y que puede ser puesto bajo una tensión eléctrica, caracterizado porque en la sección de canal caliente está colocado al menos un tubo metálico para limitar el caudal de circulación hacia fuera, y entre el tubo metálico y la superficie interior de la caja exterior está colocada una capa de aislamiento térmico.
