Abstract
An electrical transformer comprising a magnetizable core, in particular a ferrite core, and at least two cylindrical winding carriers (9, 10) made of insulating material and of different cross-section, which are slipped on to the core and possibly divided, into winding chambers, and on to which the primary and secondary windings are wound so as to be fitted in one another and electrically separated, characterized in that at its one end face, the winding carrier (9) of the smallest cross-section has an integral carrier flange (11) which has contact pin connection strips (12, 13) arranged on opposite sides of the carrier flange and which serve for the primary and secondary windings that as a magnetizable core, E-core halves (1, 2) are provided, one E-core half (2) of which passes through openings (15, 16) in the carrier flange (11) at its outer flanks (6, 7) and that the central core parts (4, 8) of the two E-core halves extend into the enclosed space of the winding carrier (9) of the smallest cross-section.
