Abstract

Un método de preparación de un producto encapsulado que tiene un componente del núcleo encapsulado dentro de un material de la pared que comprende las etapas de: formar una emulsión emulsionando al menos un material del núcleo con una solución o una suspensión que comprende agua y al menos un material de la pared, en el que la emulsión resultante tiene un contenido de sólidos del 15% al 50% en peso de la emulsión y una viscosidad de 150 cps a 250 cps; atomizar la emulsión en gotitas en un secador por pulverización electrostática y aplicar una carga electrostática a las gotitas en el intervalo de aproximadamente 5 kV a aproximadamente 60 kV; secar las gotitas en el secador por pulverización electrostática a una temperatura de entrada de aproximadamente 25 ºC a aproximadamente 110 ºC y una temperatura de salida de aproximadamente 25 ºC a aproximadamente 80 ºC para obtener el producto encapsulado.
