Abstract
1. Aparato para transferir y aplicar conectores eléctricos sobre cables conductores planos, que constituyendo una herramienta mediante la que se van a realizar conexiones electromecánicas entre cables conductores planos, así como conexiones terminales o de transición, utilizando como medio de conexión propiamente dicho conectores eléctricos en forma de remaches huecos cuya configuración se combina estructural y funcionalmente con un dispositivo de prensa formado por un yunque y un pistón previstos como partes integrantes del propio aparato o herramienta, caracterizado porque se constituye a partir de un bastidor general en el que van montados una serie de mecanismos capacitados de llevar adecuadamente los conectores desde una zona o puesto de carga hasta otra zona opuesto de descarga, todo ello perteneciente a la estructura o bastidos general del aparato, consistiendo tales mecanismos en: una fuente de suminstro de conectores prevista en la zona o puesto de carga; en un dispositivo para situar una parte predeterminada del cable conductor plano en un lugar adecuado para recibir el conector; en un dispositivo de transferencia para retirar cada conector de la fuente de suministro, así como para alinear el aludido conector con la referida parte predeterminada del cable conductor plano; en un dispositivo para presionar el conector sobre el cable conductor plano, siendo tal dispositivo de presión el propio dispositivo de prensa que cuenta además con medios de captura y retención del propio conector; con la particularidad de que el dispositivo de transferencia comprende un soporte previsto en el puesto de carga, para los conectores; medios para cargar cada conector en dicho soporte; medios para desplazar el soporte entre el puesto de carga y el puesto de descarga; habiéndose previsto que el soporte cuente con una rampa de guiado de los medios de captura, así como un medio reparador para la retirada del conector respecto de tales medios de captura; incluyendo además el dispositivo detransferencia unos medios de control que sitúan automáticamente el soporte para que la rampa de éste guíe los medios de captura hasta el conector, cuando tal soporte es desplazado hacia el puesto de descarga, permitiendo que el medio separador libere el conector previamente retenido por los referidos medios de captura, cuando el propio soporte sale del puesto de descarga. 2. Aparato para transferir y aplicar conectores eléctricos sobre cables conductores planos, según reivindicación 1, caracterizado pórque e soporte de conectores está montado en un elemento de arrastre que gira alrededor de un pivote para desplazar tal soporte entre los puestos de carga y de descarga, estando conectado tal elemento de arrastre con los medios para desplazar el soporte. 3. Aparato para transferir y aplicar conectores eléctricos sobre cables conductores planos, según reivindicaciones 1 y 2, caracterizado porque el elemento de arrastre sobre el que va montado el soporte está capacitado para orientar al propiosoporte hacia el puesto de carga, en orden a que tal soporte vuelva automáticamente al puesto de carga cuando cesa la fuerza que origina el desplazamiento del mismo hacia el puesto de descarga. 4. Aparato para transferir y aplicar conectores eléctricos sobre cables conductores planos, según reivindicaciones 1 y 2, caracterizado porque el soporte está montado de forma que puede girar alrededor del elemento de arrastre incluyendo éste un medio de control para hacer girar al aludido soporte en función de la posición que ocupe el mismo entre el puesto de carga y el puesto de descarga. 5. Aparato para transferir y aplicar conectores eléctricos sobre cables conductores planos, según reivindicaciones 1 y 4, caracterizado porque el medio de control previsto en el elemento de arrastre está constituido de tal forma que el mismo sitúa inicialmente la rampa del soporte en el trayecto seguido en él por los medios de captura, cuando el propio soporte se acerca al puesto de descarga situado asimismo al separador del soporte en el trayecto seguido por tales medios de captura cuando dicho soporte sale del puesto de descarga; con la particularidad de que tal medio de control hace volver al soporte a su posición inicial. 6. Aparato para transferir y aplicar conectores eléctricos sobre cables conductores planos, según reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el separador del soporte está constituido por una ranura practicada en el soporte y en el elemento de arrastre sobre el que está montado dicho soporte. 7. Aparato para transferir y aplicar conectores eléctricos sobre cables conductores planos, según reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el soporte cuenta con un receptáculo de recepción para contener conectores en tal soporte, cuando éste se desplaza entre los puestos de carga y de descarga. 8. Aparato para transferir y aplicar conectores eléctricos sobre cables conductores planos, según reivindicaciones 1 y 7, caracterizado porque el soporte incluye también en el puesto de carga un tubo de alimentación de conectores, sobre el que permanecen éstos hasta que el receptáculo del soporte se encuentre vacío de conectores y además se encuentre alineado dicho receptáculo con el propio tubo de alimentación; habiéndose previsto que la permanencia de los conectores en el tubo de alimentación se consigna mediante el propio soporte y un patín adyacente montado en el elemento de arrastre. 9. Aparato para transferir y aplicar conectores eléctricos sobre cables conductores planos, según reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el yunque y pistón constitutivos del dispositivo de prensa están montados de forma que uno de ellos puede desplazarse con relación al otro, con la particularidad de que el pistón cuenta con un pasador guía susceptible de acoplarse en un orificio axial definido en el conector, siendo alineados dicho orificio y pasador guía mediante un elemento previsto en el dispositivo de transferencia. 10. Aparato para transferir y aplicar conectores eléctricos sobre cables conductores planos, según reivindicaciones 1 y 9, caracterizado porque el yunque es fijo y el pistón es desplazable, de tal modo que el pasador guía de éste retiene al conector hasta su aplicación sobre el cable conductor plano. 11. Aparato para transferir y aplicar conectores eléctricos sobre cables conductores planos.
