Abstract

1. Una placa de circuito impreso multicapa que tiene hilos impresos y agujeros atravesadores metalizados para interconectar los componentes de un ordenador, teniendo esta placa de circuito impreso al menos dos planos de señales, un plano de alimentación de tensiones y un plano de puesta a masa, todos interconectados en circuito con los citados componentes, caracterizada porque comprende un segundo plano de puesta a masa, principalmente para conectar una masa eléctrica, por medio de agujeros metalizados, con objeto de ponerla en circuito con los componentes, estando dispuestos los dos planos de puesta a masa inmediatamente adyacentes a los planos exteriores de circulación de las señales de las placas de circuito multicapas. 2. Placa de circuito impreso multicapa según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque la citada placa comprende, además, un tercer plano de señales situado entre los dos planos de puesta a masa. 3. Placa de circuito impreso multicapa según la reivindicación 2, caracterizada porque el plano de alimentación de tensiones está situado entre los dos planos de puesta a masa. 4. Placa de circuito impreso multicapa según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 y 3, caracterizada porque uno de los planos de puesta a masa comprende, además, trayectos de señales formados por grabado de cobre para transmitir tensiones de un agujero atravesador metalizado a otro. 5.
