Abstract

Mecanismo de reclinación de asientos, del tipo que comprende una primera placa de articulación provista de una corona dentada de dientes internos, una segunda placa de articulación provista de un engranaje cilíndrico de dentadura recta de dientes externos que tiene por lo menos un diente menos que la corona dentada; un pivote de articulación que acopla las placas entre sí con el engranaje cilíndrico engranado con la corona dentada; comprendiendo el pivote de articulación una parte excéntrica que determina la posición de engrane, y junto con la corona dentada y el engranaje, proporciona una sección de fijación automática para evitar el ajuste relativo entre las placas de articulación a no ser mediante el giro de la parte excéntrica, y medios de resorte para compensar las tolerancias del fabricación en los componentes del mecanismo, caracterizado por que comprende un par de superficies periféricas entre las que existe una holgura radial suficiente para permitir un movimiento relativo limitadoentre una de las placas de articulación y el pivote de articulación, paralelo a la dirección de excentricidad, y porque una de las superficies periféricas se desvía de la configuración circular de tal modo que el grado de movimiento relativo entre el pivote de articulación y la placa te articulación, en dirección generalmente perpendicular a la dirección de excentricidad y al eje del pivote de articulación, es menor que lo que sería si ambas superficies periféricas fueran circulares.
