Abstract

1. Cierre de doble pliegue entre el casco y el fondo o a la tapa de botes, en particular botes de hojalata o chapa de aluminio obtenidos por embutición profunda o mediante embutición por estirado, en donde la pestaña del borde del casco del bote está unida con el borde del pliegue de la tapa para formar una unión de doble pliegue mediante tramos de gancho de la tapa y del casco que se solapan en la costura, caracterizado por la combinación de los rasgos distintivos siguientes: a) el cociente del diámetro nominal de la tapa y la dimensión longitudinal del gancho de la tapa es igual o mayor que 30; y b) la pestaña del borde del casco del bote y el borde del pliegue de la tapa y/o del fondo están unidos entre sí sin un medio de junta. 2. Cierre, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el cociente del diámetro nominal de la tapa y la dimensión longitudinal el gancho de la tapa oscila entre 32 y 48. 3. Cierre, según las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque en el caso de cascos debotes con costuras longitudinal está prevista una costura soldada en forma solapada, de tal manera que en la zona de la costura en cruz el pliegue doble la chapa está situada en la costura en una cantidad igual o menor que siete veces, pero mayor que cinco veces. 4. Cierre, según una o varias de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado porque el cociente del diámetro nominal de la tapa y la longitud de solapamiento de los ganchos de la tapa y del casco oscila entre aproximadamente 52 y 90. 5. Cierre de doble pliegue entre el casco y el fondo o la tapa de botes.
