Abstract

1. Disposición de protección de la horquilla terminal de un árbol cardánico de transmisión, del tipo que comprende un manguito (3) de acoplamiento con perfiles acanalados con chaveta (7) tangencial de retención, u otra estructura equivalente, caracterizada porque comprende: una abrazadera en por lo menos dos partes (15A, 15B) apta para ser recompuesta sobre partes de apoyo y deslizamiento (11, 13) anulares formadas por la horquilla (1); un embudo de protección (19) apto para ser acoplado sobre dicha abrazadera (15) para mantenerla reunida y para ser sostenido por la misma; y medios de retención (59, 71 - 69, 73) que cooperan para retener el embudo sobre la abrazadera. 2. Disposición según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque las dos partes de abrazadera (15A, 15B) tienen sección en U o, de todas maneras, una forma tal que constituyan dos apoyos anulares. 3. Disposición según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizada porque dichos medios de retención comprenden por una parte una hendidura(71) sobre el embudo (19) y por otra parte un apéndice (59) flexible con gatillo, formado en dicha abrazadera por medio de ranuras y resaltes, para penetrar en dicha hendidura. 4. Disposición según la reivindicación 3, caracterizada porque la hendidura (71) está desarrollada en arco de circunferencia para permitir desplazamiento angulares relativos de la abrazadera (15) y del embudo (19) en dos posiciones; la abrazadera está desarrollada con un pared periférica de revolución (31) sustancialmente concurrente con otra correspondiente superficie (17) del embudo (19); y dichas dos superficies (31, 17) presentan aberturas (39 y 49) que en una de las dos posiciones están desplazadas y en la otra aproximadamente coincidentes para permitir el acceso al interior. 5. Disposición según la reivindicación 4, caracterizada porque el embudo (19) presenta una hendidura (71) con resalte de retención intermedio (75) - en especial en diente de sierra - y la abrazadera un apéndice flexible (59) que coopera condicho resalte (75) para definir las dos posiciones. 6. Disposición según la reivindicación 5, caracterizada porque dicho apéndice (59) forma un ojal (59F) para una cadena de retención contra rotación. 7. Disposición de protección de la horquilla terminal en un árbol cardánico de transmisión.
