Abstract

1.etil de fresado para la conformación de la superficie de apoyo para prótesis de vástago con apoyo del cuello del hueso, esencialmente caracterizado por estar constituido mediante la combinación funcional de un portaútil y un fresador, con la particularidad de que el portaútil incorpora un vástago, similar al de la prótesis a instalar en el hueso y destinado igualmente a albergarse, previamente a la operación de fresado, en el canal medular del hueso, vástago del que emerge con el ángulo anatómico adecuado una espiga soporte sobre la que se monta el fresador giratorio, con la particularidad de que dicho fresador presenta una superficie de fresado, determinante de nervios y acanaladuras anulares formal y dimensionalmente coincidentes con las de la prótesis a utilizar y determinantes en la superficie del cuello del hueso, de una configuración complementaria. 2.etil de fresado para la conformación de la superficie de apoyo para prótesis de vástago con apoyo del cuello del hueso, caracterizadoporque el fresador incorpora dientes de fresado, determinantes de acanaladura concéntricas en la superficie de resección del hueso, de sección rectangular, trapecial, triangular o cualquier otra, a criterio de la dirección quirúrgica. 3.etil de fresado para la conformación de la superficie de apoyo del cuello del hueso.
