Abstract

Prótesis de vástago con apoyo sobre el cuello del hueso esencialmente caracterizada porque entre el vástago de acoplamiento de dicha prótesis al canal medular del hueso y la zona de la prótesis destinada a establecer la oportuna articulación, por ejemplo con la pelvis, se define una zona de apoyo de tal prótesis sobre la superficie de resección del hueso, superficie de rotación y diferente de la plana, concretamente configurada a base de una pluralidad de nervaduras o resaltes anulares concéntricos, destinados a encajar en acanaladuras formal, dimensional y posicionalmente coincidentes, previamente practicadas sobre la superficie de resección definida en el cuello del hueso, todo ello en orden a conseguir un perfecto acoplamiento, de perfil irregular, entre hueso y prótesis, que potencie la transmisión de esfuerzos entre éstos elementos.
