Abstract

1. Dispositivo de guía para pistones de accionadores fluido-dinámicos, particularmente del tipo giratorio de dos pistones coaxiales dotados de cremallera, montados deslizantemente en una única cavidad cilíndrica y dotados ambos de una parte saliente en cremallera, que engrana con un piñón común, encajado a un eje de salida, caracterizado porque la parte saliente en cremallera de cada pistón soporta, encajado, y de modo intercambiable, un patín de guía de material de bajo coeficiente de fricción, el cual, después del montaje, queda insertado entre la misma parte saliente en cremallera y la parte lateral de la cámara cilíndrica, por la cual se deslizan los pistones, presentando este patín su superficie exterior de desarrollo cilíndrico, de manera que se se adhiera deslizantemente a la superficie interior de dicha cámara. 2. Dispositivio de guía según la reivindicación anterior, caracterizado porque dicha parte saliente en cremallera presenta, en el lado opuesto a aquel en la que está dispuesta dicha cremallera, una superficie cilíndrica que, después del montaje, resulta retrasada hacia el interior, respecto a la superficie interna de la citada cavidad cilíndrica, determinando un espacio intermedio en el que se puede insertar el mencionado patín de guía, estando previsto este último en estrucutra estratiforme curvada y llevando acanaladuras y/o relieves, para su conexión encajada a la parte saliente en cremallera. 3. Dispositivo de guía según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque cada uno de los pistones lleva lateralmente un anillo de guía, de material de bajo coeficiente de fricción, estando este anillo de guía alojado en una acanaladura anular adecuada prevista en el pistón, en la parte más lejana posible del patín de guía correspondiente. 4. Dispositivo de guía según la reivindicación anterior, caracterizado porque el citado anillo de guía está cortado en un punto, de manera que pueda abrirse, para facilitar su aplicación y sustitución, en la acanaladura de alojamiento respectiva. 5. Dispositivo de guía para pistones de accionadores fluido-dinámicos, particularmente del tipo giratorio de dos pistones coaxiales, dotados de cremalleras.
